1. Services Provided

AAR Design Consultants provides architectural drawing preparation, 3D rendering, project estimation, permit filing coordination, and design consultation. All documents requiring a licensed architect's stamp are reviewed and submitted under the license of a third-party licensed architect retained by AAR.

2. No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once work has commenced. A signed proposal or written confirmation constitutes agreement. Clients are urged to review all scope documents before approving project commencement.

3. Scope of Work

All work is defined in a written proposal. Changes to scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate site information, survey data, and existing documentation. AAR Design Consultants is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate client-provided information.

5. Permit Approvals

AAR prepares and files permit applications on behalf of clients. Approval decisions rest solely with the applicable building department. AAR cannot guarantee permit approval and is not responsible for government-imposed fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings and documents remain AAR's property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended project only.

7. Limitation of Liability

AAR's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. AAR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes shall be resolved in Erie County, New York.

We collect only what's necessary to provide services: your name, email address, phone number, and project details submitted through our forms. We do not collect payment card information through this website.

2. How We Use It

Information is used solely to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, and maintain communication. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Client contact information and project communications are retained for up to 5 years per New York State requirements.

4. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies for basic functionality. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@aardesignconsultants.com. We respond within 30 days.

Licensing Status

AAR Design Consultants is not a licensed architecture firm registered in the State of New York and does not hold an architecture license under New York Education Law Article 147.

Use of Licensed Architects

For all projects requiring stamped and sealed construction documents, AAR engages independently licensed New York State architects who review, approve, and apply their professional seal. These licensed professionals bear professional responsibility for the documents they stamp.

Scope Clarification

AAR provides design preparation, documentation, coordination and project management. The licensed architect retained for each project is responsible for code compliance review and professional certification of submitted documents.

No Engineering Services

AAR does not provide licensed structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. Where required, AAR will coordinate with appropriate licensed engineers on the client's behalf.
